Today, Dixon Center for Military and Veterans Services released the 2021 Annual Report. This report tells the story of our approach and how we challenge – and change – the status quo based on the evolving needs of our veterans and their families. We are not creating new programs. Rather, by enabling the integration of military and veteran services into existing programs we’re increasing impact in our three pillars: Work with Purpose; Heal with Honor; and Live with Hope.

In his Annual Report Chairman’s letter, Retired Army Colonel David Sutherland advised that “In the post-pandemic environment, our country and world will need more resilient, nimble, and creative leaders like our team at Dixon Center.” He said, “This leaves me feeling convinced that our work here at Dixon Center for Military and Veterans Services, as a member of The Fedcap Group, is more relevant than ever.”

Our operating highlights are part of The Fedcap Group’s comprehensive financial statement package. Based on audited financial statements ending September 30, 2020, 88% of Fedcap’s total expenditures went directly toward programming.
