Welcome to Our Two New Senior Advisors
Dixon Center for Military and Veterans Services is proud to welcome two new members to our team: Anthony Paolino, Senior Advisor for Strategic Partnerships and Innovation, and Wendy Lang, Senior Advisor for Policy and Research.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, Anthony Paolino brings a strong background in education, government relations, nonprofit leadership, and innovation in veteran support services and is a respected senior leader in the military and veteran community. His work has focused on creating sustainable public-private partnerships and leveraging technology and collaboration to enhance services for veterans and their families.

Wendy Lang is a nationally recognized expert in military and veteran education policy and workforce development. She is the founding director of the Operation College Promise initiative and has spent over a decade advancing research and evidence-based policy to improve educational access and career outcomes for veterans and military-connected students.
Both Anthony and Wendy bring a deep commitment to our mission and will significantly strengthen our efforts across our three pillars: Work with Purpose, Heal with Honor, and Live with Hope.
Their expertise in partnership development, innovation, policy, and research ensures that Dixon Center can continue to assist individuals, organizations, and communities integrate veterans and their families into meaningful, long-term opportunities.
